  8. --- CHAOS ENGINE ECS Hard Disk Installer ---

  10. This installer requires the Chaos Engine ORIGINAL disks (there are 2).
  11. It should NOT work for cracked versions or Chaos Engine AGA (if it works,
  12. please let me know).

  14. The HD-Patched game will need about 2Mb of FAST memory and 1Mb of
  15. any other memory.
  16. It should work on ALL Kickstarts and ALL CPUs (up to '060).
  17. The game was also patched for NTSC users.
  18. Report me any bugs you'll find.

  20. Note: I created and tested this package with a A1200/060/50 16Mb, so there should
  21. be no problems for all 680x0 CPUs (caches,chipset...). It degrades display properly
  22. so Multiscan users won't have any sprite or screen problem.

  24. You can modify the installer script to install disks from DF1:, DF2: or DF3: instead
  25. of DF0: by changing the unit in the disk2file arguments.

  29. I'm also looking for people who could send me original disks for me to patch them
  30. for 680x0 or write HD-Installers (NOT FOR CRACKED VERSIONS).
